Complete All Mainland & Bellisseria Coastlines.

Much of the mainland's continents have good and uninterrupted coastlines and seas for sailors to sail their boats through.
Some of these continent coasts have been improved in recent years by the additional of neighbouring Linden Homes Bellisseria themes, which the sailing community is thankful for and has expanded the possibilities for long voyages and exploration.
But much of the mainland continents, due to their age, their sad neglect by Linden Lab and selfishness caused by parcel owners, lack ANY publicly accessible or navigable coastal water routes in them, which restricts the sailing communities ability and desire to navigate through or around them to reach further destinations.
I have personally surveyed ALL of the connected mainland continent coastlines and have drawn this simplified map (below) which illustrates the good coastal routes (blue) with the bad, or non-existent coastal routes (red) which desperately need improving, finishing or creating.
Please fix ALL of the water routes illustrated in RED and give them Protected Waterway status as soon as possible.

Would love to see a bit more resources go towards the completion of Belli theme areas with a coastline if there are no longer plans to add additional land mass and homes in that theme, also some sims which are completed, including those with coast, are still unavailable for residents to move into, despite being all but finished.

Sailing is one of the greatest pleasures of Second Life. It really is frustrating when the boat hits an "invisible" wall.

OK, concerning NORTH MEDITERRANEAN ESTATE-AZURE SAILING 's junction with SECOND NORMAY I actually DID ask the LUXORY/SNO owner if she would agree to make a sea-link between our estate and hers, (ANSHEX.COM was even ready to use one of our OS sims to make this junction), but she clearly refused. So as long as both sides do not green the sea-link, I don't think it'll be possible

I fully support the cause. It is noticeable that Linden Lab is constantly creating new, carefully designed regions on the one hand and leaving the regions half-finished on the other.
As long as the new regions are still emerging, this can still be understood. But it has regions that have been waiting several years for completion:
- The “Japanese continent has had no coastline since its creation https://gyazo.com/5e14a07498f0c817d8a15ef71c4643c9
- The continent with the Aspen Villas has no coast apart from access to the south: https://gyazo.com/efbbd65b4d8d02a6c6c193a831d0ade7
- The large, somewhat older continent east of the “Aspen Continent” still has a hole in the middle and an incomplete coastline in the northwest: https://gyazo.com/1ed3c9415f222b537f172348feb8b0b4
- The continent with Mediterranean flair east of it is still waiting for completion in the top half: https://gyazo.com/c59b29daa9f89120f15186e73992fe2e
- The large continent with farms west of it has a gap in the design of the coast in the south: https://gyazo.com/22dbdfbdf9e72b1b531833df1900a40a
- It can still be understood that the second-newest continent west of Belliseria does not yet have a coast in the north, west and south, as it was still being expanded until recently: https://gyazo.com/1d43fffd2631311cb6f46ad0025a8231
The whole thing looks like a “work in progress.” One continent after another is built up, the interior is carefully designed, but then the next continent is built before the original one is finished. This seems somewhat haphazard, incomprehensible and contrasts with the quality of life on the continents. This would require clarification from Linden Lab.
By the way, clearly naming the countries would make orientation and communication easier.

In this context, it should also be mentioned that in some of the new Bellisseria “continents”, the land mass towards the sea should be embellished by subsidence, unless an expansion with additional regions is planned there in the near future. At present, many coastlines (especially in Mediterranean houses) look unfinished and, when viewed from the sea side, are reminiscent of a “sheet of paper that floats or a flying carpet.” So, dear linden planner, maximizing profits in all honor, but please don't neglect the aesthetic value.

Please, please, please complete the coastline of Zindra.

Great suggestion but your map certainly isn't accurate, you have marked the heterocera Atoll in blue but it's pretty much impossible to sail from the inner sea to the neighboring continent to the south without getting stuck, mostly because the public waterways are too shallow for most sailboats.

SweetShaylie Resident Its certainly possible in a small boat with a shallow draft, but not for larger yachts with physical fin keels. So, how about deepening those Heterocera sim's waterways too? https://feedback.secondlife.com/ldpw/p/deepen-heterocera-atolls-lagoon

My favorite suggestion ever. Thanks for taking the time with the specifics.

LL should cease all M-rated mainland area increases (including in Bellisseria) until Goeta I, II, III & IV are complete! Not necessarily in any original shape, but to the requirements of the moment.

Honestly with the detour through Bellisseria, the SW coastline of Satori is good as is. The other red lines, yes, that would be nice to have those completed.
