Currently, there is no established way to request that an individual mainland region be reviewed for reconsideration of the region rating. This limits both current owners of the region and prospective owners and potentially devalues the land itself.
For example, there may be a region that's rated Moderate, but surrounded by General. Because of the content permitted on Moderate, residents may feel uncomfortable purchasing neighboring land to the Moderate region or even expanding into the neighboring region. The opposite may be true with a General rated region surrounded by Moderate, as the content and behavior of the residents using the land may not be appropriate for General.
The region Furvata is a perfect example of this issue. The region is surrounded by Moderate land, but Furvata is General. There is content neighboring Furvata and even in the region that is not appropriate for General rating. Yet there's no system in place for the residents who own parcels or who would wish to own parcels to request that the region rating be changed.
My suggestion would be a dedicated section for Feedback or alternatively a support ticket option, which would allow the region rating to be changed if ownership equalling 51%(or a prospective owner wishing to purchase abandoned land on the condition of it being changed) requests the rating change.
