Nautilus Continent - Create A Link Road Between Linden Routes 13 & 14

Linden Route 14, on the southwest side of Nautilus continent is currently isolated from all other sections of Nautilus' overall Linden Route road network.
But there is a relatively "easy" fix using abandoned vacant land.
Link Route 14 to the closest point to Route 13. This location winds through the regions of Grolphook, Servo and Baddest.
I propose this new link road be built and paved to the plan below, which has two possible route options:
