Reset the time zone offset in Oak Grove to GMT-8
under review
Huns Valen
Every other sim in the area is GMT-8, but Oak Grove isn't. So you fly through all these other Linden sims (Vehicle Park, original welcome area, etc) and it's the same time... then, you enter Oak Grove, and instantly day turns to night or vice versa... then, you leave Oak Grove, and it's back to GMT-8. It's disorienting!

Thanks for the report! And thank you for testing, Maestro! This is a known issue under review.
Maestro Linden
I was able to confirm that 'Oak Grove' has a different EEP day cycle than its neighbors (compared to Murray, Morris, and Bonifacio, which all seem to be on the same day cycle).
The time zone itself is correct - the viewer shows the correct SLT timestamp when logging into Oak Grove, and functions like llGetTimestamp() show the correct UTC timestamp.

Maestro Linden You are correct, there is nothing wrong with the real time settings of the region. I thought it was obvious, however, that Huns meant the ATD day offset value. Oak Grove has it set to -2 hours. Every adjacent region is at -8 hours as that is the default. This is a LDPW issue though, not server. A Land Specialist or a Mole should just drag the day offset slider back to -8 in the region environment settings.

That's right, I'm using the wrong terminology. The day/night cycle is totally different from all the other Linden sims nearby.

Huns Valen Not really wrong terminology, actually you were perfectly correct. The day offset slider acts just like a time zone and 0 is GMT. That's why I said I thought it was clear what you meant. Apparently it did confuse Maestro though, enough to start chasing ghosts. Ironically, fixing the offset would take less time than the tests he has run there.
