We all know the classic LLCS. A heart that acts like a capacitor. You get teleported home instantly because someone hit you with a prim. It's flawed, it's frankly bad, but some people like it that way.
However, since Combat2, we now have options. You can set a region to be no-teleport, you can set health to be no-regen. So effectively, you can set a region to be "combat enabled", where the relevant script events will fire and where people who want to engage in combat can do, while leaving noncombatants in a completely safe state.
For classic combat regions, the old LLCS rules can remain in place just for minimal disruption. However, with no-regen, no-teleport rules, combat damage and their associated script functions could be enabled on huge swathes of mainland without affecting anybody beyond them now having a heart that may reach 0 but then nothing happens because they aren't taking part in combat, and are not using a HUD or other means to make "damage" or "death" meaningful.
Could be a good way to let people who wanna pewpew do more pewpews, without causing grief to those who would rather not.
