Tenera: Restore Volunteer HQ build from Ten Dig backup? Or other plans?

The Tenera region has a prominent location on the Heterocera continent and includes a classic SLRR station, but is otherwise quite barren, with over 99% of the land Linden or Mole owned. Besides the still extant SLRR station, the used to be an elaborate prim build that was the historic Volunteer HQ, which I understand was restored from backup to the Ten Dig region.
Are the plans to make any appropriate fixes to that build and restore it to Tenera? If so, any hope of a target date for completing that?
If that's not the plan, please take this as encouragement to do
something
with this region. Even if that is
the plan, there's still spare space and Land Impact galore here. If all else fails, maybe offer a resident competition for proposals, similar to the program that led to the creation of that SLRR station. Or use it as a testbed and showcase for updated foliage (and—dare we hope—terrain textures) for Mainland.
Just please don't leave it empty, a Linden-owned contribution to barren Mainland.

(I'll take this opportunity to "water the seed" I tried to plant about maybe trying an updated version of the resident design competition that built many of the SLRR stations, twenty years ago. Tenera still has a lot of Linden-owned protected land and prim capacity, and elsewhere across Mainland there's much abandoned land that could participate to increase the appeal of SL to new exploring residents inspired that outstanding fresh, original content can get such treatment.)
