Now that we might have scripted agents chatting in group chats and IMs, it would great if we could do lookups on avatars that are not in the same region so that we can decide if we wish to interact with them.

Currently the only way to get this information is via llGetAgentInfo() which requires the scripted agent to be in the same region.
