If implemented, you will probably also need a llRequestPermissions(llGetOwner(),PERMISSIONS_MODIFY_PARCEL) which would allow the owner of a parcel at position to execute this command.

Not all params in llGetParcelDetails are relevant but the ability to change landing points and TP routing for example would be most useful (say a script controlling where the landing point is depending on time of day etc or even tweaking it when lots of avatars are arriving).
