anything i wear BOM shows up grey, if i go into edit shape the skin shows up just fine but once i exit edit shape my body and head is grey again, ive tried everything removing everything unpacking new body and head, clearing cache, reset and rebake textures. nothing works and its been like this for over a month now. it only happens in beta preview grid, i am just fine when i log into main grid.

Logging into The Mesh Sandbox 2 on the Beta Grid with My main avatar WhoopCDaisy Yootz or my store alt NedraDean resident causes bake fails whenever using BOM. Going into appearance mode will correct it, as soon as I'm back out of appearance mode it fails again. I found on a forum where duplicate current outfits folders might be the issue and followed the steps there, my items do not match...see attached. This has been going on for a very long time and I am unable to resolve it, nor has support been able to resolve it to date.

hello nothing works, ive reset to default avatar and im just fine but as soon as i put on a mesh BOM body i am back grey. ive attached a screen shot of the debug text. also changing regions doesnt help

The bake state for your agent on Aditi has just been cleared. Can you try relogging and let us know if this issue persists?

BOM is working for us on Aditi. Which region were you on?
There may be an issue with one of your tattoos. Can you save your outfit, then wear a different outfit. Does it work? If it does, wear the broken outfit a piece at a time to find out which piece is causing the issue.
If the other outfit does not work, please enable the Advanced menu in Preferences > Advanced, then open the Advanced menu from the top menu bar > Debug settings, type in DebugAvatarAppearanceMessage and set that to True. Some text will appear above your avatar's head mentioning cof and req and rcv. Take a snapshot of that and attach it to this issue.

If I change my avatar to an official SL avatar, the entire avatar appears. I also tried taking off every attachment. This is an issue where two different skin sets aren't showing on a head and body that are also not by the same creator, but all BOM textures not showing up.

We need the SecondLife logs from you. Canny does not currently support uploading logs, so we'll need to do this through a Support ticket.
Please log into https://support.secondlife.com/ and click the "Submit a Support Case" in the right column. Reproduce the BOM bake failure and then zip up your viewer logs folder and attach it to support ticket. There's an Attach a file link at the bottom.

WhoopCDaisy Yootz have you had an opportunity to test baking using the test avatar provided below?
