Add an EEP Environment (Aka. Windlight) Category

It's currently difficult to find EEP's because there is no dedicated category, so they get mixed into unrelated search results.
Most creators are placing their environments in the 'Everything Else' category due to the lack of an appropriate category.
I simply propose adding an 'Environment Settings' Category, to make it easier to shop for Environments in the future.

As a creator of EEP settings, I think this is a fantastic idea!

It would also be helpful if the existing environments in the 'Everything Else' Category could be moved over automatically by LL.
The majority of the work can be achieved by moving all listings in the 'Everything Else' Category that contain the words 'EEP', 'Windlight' or 'Windlights' to the new Environments Category. It won't catch everything, but it'll catch most of them.
