Filter Linden Home web listings by parcel size and theme

Listings of available Linden Homes could offer the ability to filter for a given parcel size or theme, or both. This would reduce the users' workload to discover if the parcel they want is available, and would reduce load on the web server since users could find the information they want by loading just one web pages instead of paging through three.
For instance, if Joe is only interested in a 2048 Copperfield (a popular notion right now), he won't be paging back and forth among a bazillion other listings to find out if one is available.

I drive and i sail to both acess must be a must it would be great i think adding new style of houseboat and make some houseboats on 2048 would be great

That is a great idea, sometimes I have had to take 3 days of going to a house, not liking the area for whatever reason and then abandoned the house and go to the next one. Depending on what we do in SL sometimes is where we are looking to live. I drive and sail so water and road access are a must for me.
