There has been a number of times when I've bought something and what was delivered didn't carry the promised permissions, the textures weren't as pictured, or some other glaring misrepresentation of the product (such as the current trend of using AI images to misrepresent how the item will look in-world).
I propose a button on every marketplace item that allows buyers to report the product, fill out a claim form, have the claim investigated, and when applicable be refunded their money (while having all instances of the item in their inventory deleted), while the seller is notified of the situation through all available channels of communication, given the opportunity to correct the problem or have the listing deleted if they choose to ignore it.
It would, of course, require the availability of an appeals process for the seller. I understand that the reviews tab does go some distance to uncover these bad actors, but I don't think it goes anywhere near far enough. At some point the bad products being sold should be delisted.
