When a store owner or manager comments to a review, allow a few words of the comment to be displayed before the comment link, while signifying if it's one of those two title holders. This would allow buyers to know that at least the owner or a manager has tried to address the issue or had tried contacting the reviewer to resolve the problem.

It would also help to place the store owner or manager comment at the top of the comment list when that page is opened, while signifying their title there too. Also since there is a store manager option currently available, maybe add a store "Liaison" title for when business owners only need staff that just communicate with customers. Said person essentially will exclusively handle reviews and the contact with a customer that made the review.
