Linden Homes no more rolls, real time home selection in world
I would like to just see LL remove the rolls feature, and just have the letterbox on each property have an inbuilt default AVAILABLE sign. Then as an actual awesome experience, people can meander around regions, until they find their ideal 'home', they like the neighbourhood, they don't see any signs of things that may annoy them like strobe lights from next door etc. Then they just click the sign which understands that they are premium or plus that they have the linden home allowance to use, and it is theirs. If they already have a linden home, it will say ' by proceeding with this transaction you will lose your other home' and you agree, that then sets the other home to AVAILABLE. This means that if you do have multiple homes, with multiple accounts, this way if someone wants to swap homes between accounts or just let a friend have theirs, they can make it available when the person is standing there ready to snap it up, in the wee hours of the morning while the moon is covered by clouds (lol had to set the sneaky scene). This means that LL no longer has to deal with any of this stuff, the only situation they would be needed in is if there was some sort of glitch and it didn't work, lag hitting something like that. This also as mentioned gives people a more realistic fun experience, like buying that first home, and it ties in with the older promotion images of the couple in front of the home.

RE: LL Coventant in regards to the Tiki Themed Sims
To whom this may concern at Linden Labs, I am reaching out to earnestly request your reconsideration of the covenant regarding "islands" above the mermaid grotto in Tiki Sims. I believe that allowing some flexibility in this area would not only enhance the immersive experience for our residents but also align with the spirit of creativity and community that Tiki Sims embodies. Here are several compelling points to consider: Mermaid Human Interaction : Mermaids often transition into human form and engage with their friends. By allowing terrain that facilitates these interactions, we remove the barriers imposed by the need for scuba gear or submersibles, making visits more enjoyable and accessible. Enhanced Privacy and Enjoyment : Introducing elements such as rocks, plants, and terrain mounds around the "porthole" creates much-needed privacy, enabling residents to enjoy the water without feeling exposed to onlookers. This enhancement greatly contributes to the overall tranquility and enjoyment of the area. Protecting Resident Privacy : The current restrictions can sometimes make residents feel as though they are living in a fishbowl. Providing options for strategic landscaping would grant tenants a sense of seclusion, which is paramount for their comfort. Visual Appeal : My recent exploration of the area yielded a diverse photographic collection showcasing the beauty of tiki homes enhanced by underwater grottos, half-spheres that seamlessly blend with the sim, and imaginative landscapes featuring islands and rock walls. These visuals speak to the potential for stunning environments that respect the established themes and boundaries of the sim. I fully understand the importance of maintaining parcel boundaries and adhering to the sim’s overarching theme, principles I am committed to honoring. My current design choices are made with care, ensuring they flow harmoniously with Tiki Sims' aesthetic. I strongly urge you to reconsider the existing rule regarding "islands." Encouraging creativity within appropriate limits could only strengthen our community. If residents remember to respect the boundaries and maintain the theme, I fail to see how this could present an issue. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to discuss this matter further with a member of Linden Lab. Thank you for your time and consideration, and I look forward to your favorable response. Warm regards, Siren Mysterious
