I changed (paid for) a name change a few months back to NeonEDM Neon. That name logs me in fine to the Viewer, Forums, Support Ticket, Feedback (here) and my Account page. On my account page the greeting (upper right) is correct and shows NeonEDM. Logging into the viewer I use NeonEDM Neon as the resident name and it works fine. Even logging into the forums I use NeonEDM Neon and it logs in fine. But .... As shown in the attached screen shot my name on the Forums displays my old name (Nancy A) in the upper right and posting anything uses that old name instead of the new one I paid for NeonEDM Neon.
