Connection failed message when trying to login

After a few minutes of an unsuccessful loading of the Firestorm Browser Viewer where I just had the loading message on my screen. I then got a message "Connection failed.The viewer couldn't finish loading." This is happening every time i have tried today. I have tried in Firefox and Chrome with the same result. I am using Windows 64.
